Exciting Changes for Next Term!
We’re committed to making our sessions even better, which is why we’re introducing some exciting updates:
New Group Names & Age Categories
From next term, our sessions will be structured as follows:
🏉 Dinkys – 2.5 to 3 years old
🏉 Minis – 4 to 5 years old
🏉 Juniors – 6 to 8 years old (NEW!)
🏉 Giants – 9 to 18 years old
With a new group comes a slightly amended timetable:
Updated Session Times from Next Term
🕗 8:45 - 9:30am – Juniors (15 minutes earlier than the current time)
🕘 9:00 - 9:30am – Dinkys (No time change)
🕤 9:30 - 10:15am – Mini’s (30 minutes later than the current session time)
🕤 9:30 - 10:30am – Giants (No time change)
If these new times really don't work for you, or you think your child could move into a different group but might not fit the age brackets, just send us an email. We can have a chat about it and support you and your child's time with us. We have changed the times in this way to try our best to keep as many siblings playing together at the same time as possible.
✅ A New Coach is Joining the Team!
To help reduce schedule changes and ensure smoother sessions, we are in the process of adding another coach to our team! We know that consistency is very important, and we are working hard to improve the experience for everyone.

Important Update – Moving to Termly Payments Only. No price increase though!
Due to the fantastic growth of each of our groups, we are no longer able to offer weekly payment options. Moving forward, all bookings will be termly payments only, ensuring secured places for all participants. Our prices have not changed or increased.
We understand flexibility has been a big advantage, and we have loved offering it. However, following valuable feedback from parents, we’ve decided that paying upfront for the term will make things simpler, removing the need to process payments on the day or chase invoices.
🔹 Spaces are now limited, and we will be operating a waitlist for all sessions. We encourage you to book your child’s place as soon as possible to secure their spot.
💬 If this change is not possible for you as a family, please do private message us—we will do all we can to help. We want to support as many of you as possible in attending our sessions because, without you, we wouldn’t be here. ❤️
We can’t wait to see these positive changes in action and continue providing fun, engaging rugby sessions for all. We've come a long way since the beginning and are loving seeing the 360 community continue to grow and thrive!
